VISION

           Cross Trail Outfitters – Youth Hunting and Fishing Club is a non-profit, relationship-based organization making a big difference in the lives of boys ages 7-20 through the ongoing activities of locally-based club units.

           Each local club unit is run by a full-time staff director, called an Outfitter. We currently have Outfitters in six communities in Texas and one in Louisiana.

           We have established a State Director in Missouri, and are officially launching there in September 2009. We are on track to launch in Georgia in 2010.

           We have proven our ability to impact lives one-on-one through outdoors activities, to build a self-sustaining local club around this model, and to successfully manage multiple local clubs in a region.

           We have also laid the foundation and built the administrative and organizational infrastructure necessary to extend CTO to multiple regions. CTO is on track to support 50 full-time local Outfitters in three regions by the end of 2012 – Building Men, Preserving our Heritage and Sharing our Faith, with profound depth, among thousands of boys in communities across America.

           Our 2012 goals are but a milestone toward our vision of a true nationwide organization, powerfully impacting the lives of boys in hundreds of communities across every state in the nation.

           Our leadership is pursuing a wise path of deliberate and strategic growth. We have set the highest standards of excellence, stability and integrity in all our endeavors, and we will never cut corners to achieve an objective. The gravity of our vision, and the vital importance of impact we are able to make, demand nothing less.

           Our culture today lacks values, morals, courage, discipline, boldness, integrity, honor and faith. There is a vacuum of true manhood, and we are suffering as a result. CTO is singularly poised to fill this void. Like wind rushing to fill a vacuum, and we’ve found an enormous demand among boys, volunteers, landowners and local donors – as well as among men compelled to dedicate their careers to serving as CTO Outfitters.

           We are proven and ready for the challenge.
